PDX Tattoos was started by Ruby Gore, a tattoo artist and owner of Black Thorne Tattoo Portland. After years of watching people struggle to find the right artist, and watching talented artists struggle to get discovered, it was clear that Portland needed a dedicated, curated directory.
This is that directory. It's not run by a faceless tech company. It's run by someone who tattoos every day, knows the shops, knows the artists, and knows what clients are actually looking for.
