Prohibited Conduct

Do not:

  • Submit AI-generated or plagiarized portfolio images
  • Circumvent payment systems or advertise outside approved placements

Payments & Refunds

Payments for featured listings, ads, or job posts are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. Due to the digital nature of our listings, all sales are final, except where required by law.

Directory Accuracy

We strive to verify listings but cannot guarantee accuracy or availability. PDX Tattoos is not liable for errors, omissions, or transactions between users and artists.

Termination

We may remove listings, suspend accounts, or refuse service for violations of these terms.

Advertising & Sponsorship Policy

  • Sponsored listings, banners, and category sponsors are clearly labeled as such.
  • Advertisers must comply with all local and federal regulations for their products (e.g., tattoo equipment, aftercare, schools).
  • We reserve the right to decline any ad that conflicts with our ethics, safety standards, or audience interests.
  • Ad performance metrics are estimates only; results are not guaranteed.

Affiliate Disclosure
