User Content

You are responsible for the accuracy of all content submitted, including images, descriptions, and links. By submitting, you grant PDX Tattoos a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote your listing.

Prohibited Conduct

Do not:

• Post false, defamatory, or infringing content
• Attempt to scrape, hack, or misuse the directory
• Submit AI-generated or plagiarized portfolio images

Directory Accuracy

We strive to verify listings but cannot guarantee accuracy or availability. PDX Tattoos is not liable for errors, omissions, or transactions between users and artists.

Termination

We may remove listings, suspend accounts, or refuse service for violations of these terms.

Account Deletion

Self-serve account or profile deletion is not available yet. To request deletion, email hello@tattooshopsportland.com, and we will process your request within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling after deletion.

Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, branding, and layout elements of PDX Tattoos are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written consent.
