Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Cecelia studied at Emily Carr University of Art and Design before relocating to California in 1995 to pursue tattooing professionally. Now based in Portland at Wonderland Tattoo, she describes herself as an inveterate tea drinker and aims to continue her art practice well into infirmity.
